You see, I think I’ve called myself fat for most of my life, but one thing I have not been prepared to do, is to sacrifice brain space by being totally consumed by food (well, not more than I am naturally!!) and diets and I’ve found Dr. Doug Graham in my search for answers to simplicity, JERF’ING (Just eat real food’ing) and a philosophy that doesn’t take rocket science to figure out when it comes to making the right choices at meal times.
Welcome to 80/10/10!! I had hear all about it, both positive and negative and I wanted to find out for myself! What is the logic behind this methodology and OMG … If there was ever a simple and straight forward way to look at food, I think this is it!!!
