CC83 : Hearing the call of the universe
Wow, what a start to 2015. Back from a beautiful holiday in Fiji I am all fresh for the year ahead and I want to share with you my New Year’s Resolution … and you guessed it, it is health related. Anybody who follows my journey knows that I have always battled with my health and knowing what is healthy eating, and more importantly what works specifically for me.
Over the past two years I have been transitioning too vegan and then raw vegan and in 2015 I am resolving too… actually, you need to watch the show to see what I am doing in 2015!
As many of you probably also set health related resolutions, we thought it would be super beneficial for you to bring together a special episode summarising some of the absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and varying health experts from our 2014 episodes to help you make the right decision for you … or at least continue your journey.

Scott has a recipe book that makes eating raw a breeze and I have personally attended his masterclass. There are just no words to describe how Scott can make raw food outstandingly scrumptious. Watch right to the end as we have a little giveaway for you too as a New Year’s pressie.
